The virtual press brake provides the ability to replicate the "expert-setup man" without actually being one. Bending simulation will automatically suggest and simulate the number of set-ups, tooling selection and bend sequences. The result is a correct flat that is used in FabriWIN to generate the punch and or cut machine program. A shop floor document for the press brake is automatically generated that includes all necessary information to expedite the press brake machine set-up. FabriBEND eliminates wasted time and material out on the shop floor, as all fabrication steps are considered during the flat part programming process.
