METALSOFT Announces the Release of FabriWIN 10.0

Irvine, California: METALSOFT, the world leader in integrated manufacturing solutions for the sheet metal fabrication industry, announces the release of FabriWIN 10.0. The new capabilities of FabriWIN 10.0 include enhanced interface control for the user to make customizations to the FabriWIN environment. These enhanced items are customized tool bars, menus and hot-keys. Also independent control of the background color from the Windows colors.

The preference and dialog interfaces have now been re-coordinated to be consistent from one option to another, such as material, machine and nesting dialogs all have the same feel and effect.

New features included with FabriWIN 10.0 now, can assign tools/Microjoints automatically based on preferences to DXF/DWG/IGS files when opening into the Intellinest Module.

IntelliNEST has been improved for selection and generation of skeleton sheets; This is most effective when material costs are at a premium now, nesting can nest other sets of parts within a previously punched or cut sheet.

Easy to use drag and drop tools from inventory has been enhanced, so when the tool is selected in the inventory the stations highlight, which the selected tool can be assigned to, then just drag it in to one of those stations, and just drag a tool out to remove the tool from the station.
