FabriBEND provides real-time simulation of the bending process, automatically checking bending feasibility and eliminating costly trial and error processes on the shop floor. With FabriBEND, Metalsoft delivers bending software that works.

  Full 3D models of press brakes
  Moveable display windows for maximum ease-of-use
  Bending Sequence and tool set-up may be generated automatically or defined manually depending on your preference
  Bend tables may be modified to insure the integrity of the information in relation to the current shop floor and material data

FabriBEND can be launched directly from FabriWIN. Viewing functions include solid and wire frame images. The communication between the bending process and flat development provides an integrated solution. Incorrect bend deduction and material conflicts are easily modified and passed back to the flat with one click of the mouse.
The bending simulation and report generation in FabriBEND provides the off-line feedback that is typically found only after a part has been formed. Do you trust the flat that you have received to be correct? With FabriBEND you can go from flat to 3D model in a real-time simulation. This allows you to adjust the model to match the original design, and then apply your own tools and bending logic. With one click you have adjusted the flat, and with just a few more you can create a FabriWIN program for your turrets and lasers with confidence.
