First of all we want to thank you for being a FabriTRAK customer. FabriTRAK
is the first shop management software that is specifically designed for the
sheet metal fabrication industry. The program was the first to market in
1992, and has enjoyed over 15 years of innovation and careful design, to
give the best value to you, as our partner in this industry.
As MetalSoft's goal is to provide the most effective product enhancements and
ongoing support to our FabriTRAK customers, we have made a strategic decision
to return the FabriTRAK product to its original and core developing partner,
David Ferguson. Unlike our FabriWIN advanced CAD/CAM solution, which is developed
and distributed exclusively by MetalSoft Inc., we have developed, packaged,
supported, and distributed the FabriTRAK product alongside our expert developing
partner, for the past sixteen years.
Effective September 4, 2007, the FabriTRAK product will join MIE-Solutions,
Inc.'s exclusive line of manufacturing software solutions. Don
Clutter, an eleven year veteran of FabriTRAK implementation and training
will also be joining MIE-Solutions, as chief operating officer, a co-executive
with MIE owner and founder David
Ferguson. Don will be overseeing Team FabriTRAK's integration into
the new company, and making sure that the quality of service and support
you have enjoyed over these past decades remains the same and even improves.
In addition, MIE has outlined an aggressive FabriTRAK enhancement plan
for the future.
With this simple change, we are assuring the value of your software
investment. There will be no interruption to development, sales, and
support of FabriTRAK as a result of this transfer. MetalSoft and MIE
Solutions believe that this transition will provide you with the
best FabriTRAK possible.

Machines are visible in the main screen with status indicators and alarms:
A green machine indicates that it is running. A yellow machine icon indicates
standby mode. A red machine icon indicates alarm mode.
